New Toilet Becomes Highlight of Open House Tour

Dallas, TX – Jonathan O'Conner and his wife Melissa recently sold their house for a substantial profit and they credit it to the bathroom makeover he and his wife recently completed.  "We were not using an agent, so we started interested buyers around the house ourselves ... and amazingly the highlight of the tour always became the toilet." said Melissa O'Conner.

Jonathan and Melissa also pointed out the recently upgraded lights, ceiling fans, kitchen cabinets, and new carpet to everyone that came by to look at their home.  "But for some reason, you could see their eyes light up when we showed them the new toilet." said Jonathan.  "I am not quite sure why ... it is not even particularly a nice toilet -- just something we got at Home Depot to replace the crappy one that came with the house."

Melissa points out that the toilet is much better than the one replaced.  "Jonathan used to clog the one up all the time, we were constantly plunging it."  Jonathan added in his defense, "The old one was made the same year they changed the law requiring toilets to use half the water per flush ... and it just couldn't take man-sized loads."
